Event Details:

Date: Friday, April 17, 2026

Arrival & Check-In:

Student check-in begins at 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. 

Photographer:

Grad Images will be present to take photos of all students. In preparation for the event, please pre-register with the photographer to help for a smoother and faster registration process upon your arrival. Photos will be taken throughout the event and of each student on stage as their name is called. After you pre-register, you will receive a 20% off coupon of a purchase of $50 or more. After the event, you will receive a link to the photos to your preferred email address. There is no obligation to purchase photos. You can pre-register here: Grad Images CJ Preregistration 

Parking:

Guests need to register their vehicles with the University using the event parking registration link: CJ Senior Celebration Parking Registration. Please click “Visitor” then enter their email and vehicle information to complete registration. Once completed, your guest will receive an email and or text confirmation. With this visitor parking pass, guests may park in Lots 51, 59, 60B & 67. Here is the Busch Campus Parking Map for your reference. Please note that if your parents' vehicles were ever registered as a student vehicle at Rutgers, they will not be able to register for a visitor parking pass. Rutgers affiliated Faculty, Staff, and Students parking without a parking permit or outside their parking permit assignment will be subjected to ticketing/towing.

Photo Montage:

A photo montage will be playing on the big screen for your fellow classmates and guests. If you did not submit a photo and would like to, please send me the photo no later than Wednesday, April 15th. 

Guest Tickets:

Please be sure to pick up your 2 guest tickets. The last day to pick up your tickets is Thursday, 4/16. A separate email went out last week and earlier today with the pick-up times and location. Due to limited space, only guests with tickets will be allowed to enter. They will receive a wristband for reentry upon check-in.

Office number A259,  Lucy Stone Hall (Livingston Campus), 54 Joyce Kilmer Ave. 

2nd floor, B-Wing, in the Latino and Caribbean Studies Department (look for the flags)

Students are responsible for picking up guest tickets, with a valid ID, during the following windows.:

  •      Wednesday 4/8: 2pm-3pm
  •      Thursday 4/9: 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm
  •      Friday 4/10: 10am-11am
  •      Monday 4/13: 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm
  •      Tuesday 4/14: 9am-11am
  •      Thursday 4/16: 9am-11am - LAST DAY TO PICK UP TICKETS

Additional guest tickets available at pickup on a first-come, first-serve basis 

FAQs:

Do I need my own ticket as a class of 2026 graduate?

NO. Every graduate is allocated TWO guest tickets. Class of 2026 CJ graduates only need a valid ID to enter the senior celebration.

Can someone else pick up tickets on my behalf?

YES. If someone is picking up tickets on your behalf, you must write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide your written consent by e-mailing the full name of the person who is authorized to pick up your allocated tickets.

Can I pick up tickets for a friend who is also graduating?

Yes - please follow the instructions above. (Your friend must provide written consent and specify you as the designated person for ticket pickup.)

I don’t need all of my allocated tickets. Can I give them to a fellow graduate if they need extra?

Yes. Tickets are transferable among Class of 2026 CJ graduates. You may give one or both of your tickets to a fellow graduate at your discretion.

What happens if I lose or forget my guest ticket(s)?

Only guests with a valid ticket will be admitted to the senior celebration. No exceptions. Guest tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced. Please keep them in a secure location.

I want more than two guest tickets. What should I do?

We cannot guarantee a specific number of surplus of tickets, though in most years those who need 1-2 additional tickets are usually accommodated on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you have a specific additional ticket number request and we will try to provide those extra tickets during pickup.
